Your rights in relation to data processing:
- Right to information:
You may request information about the processing of your personal data, and you may also request – except for mandatory data processings – the erasure, rectification or revocation of your personal data, you may exercise your data portability right and objection right in the way described at data collection or at the contacts specified in this Privacy Policy.
You may exercise your right of information in writing, however, upon request – following proof of identity of the Data Subject – we can provide oral information as well.
- Right to access:
You have the right to obtain from the controller a confirmation as to whether or not your personal data are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and the information listed in the Regulation.
Upon your request we inform you whether or not your personal data are being processed, with respect to the following:
- personal data concerning you;
- purpose of data processing;
- categories of personal data;
- the persons to whom your data has been or will be communicated;
- data storage period;
- right to rectification, erasure, and restriction of data processing;
- right to referring to court or the supervisory authority;
- source of data processed;

In case you make a data request, we are obliged to give you a copy on your requested data processed by us.
Deadline for providing these data is 30 days from the reception of the request.
- Right to rectification:
You have the right to obtain from the controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
- Right to erasure:
You have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of your personal data without undue delay and the controller shall have the obligation to erase your personal data without undue delay where one of the following grounds applies:
- the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
- you withdraw the consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal ground for the processing;
- you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing;
- the personal data have been unlawfully processed;
- the personal data have to be erased for compliance with a legal obligation in Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject;
- the personal data have been collected in relation to the offer of information society services.
Erasure of data can not be initiated if the data processing is necessary for: exercising the right of freedom of expression and information; for compliance with a legal obligation which requires processing by Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject or for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller; for reasons of public interest in the area of public health, for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes in accordance with for the establishment; exercise or defence of legal claims.
- Right to restriction of data processing:
You have the right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing where one of the following applies:
- You contest the accuracy of the personal data, in which case the restriction applies for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
- the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of their use instead;
- the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by you for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
- You have objected to processing, in which case the restriction applies for the period of verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.
- Right to data portability:
You have the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided.
- Right to object:
Where personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to processing of your personal data for such marketing, which includes profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing.
If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, the personal data shall no longer be processed for such purposes.
You have the right to object, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, at any time to processing of your personal data, including profiling based on those provisions. The controller shall no longer process the personal data unless the controller demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
In case of an objection, we shall no longer process the personal data as controllers unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override interests, rights and freedoms of you or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
- Automated decision-making in individual cases, including profiling:
You have the right not to be subject to a decision which is based solely on automated processing – including profiling -, and which produces legal effects concerning you or significantly affecting you.
The above section is not applicable if the decision:
- Is necessary for the entering or performance of a contract between you and a controller,
- is expressly authorised by Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject, laying down measures serving the protection of your rights, freedoms and legitimate interest as well; or
- is based on your explicit consent.
- Right to withdraw consent:
You have the right to withdraw your voluntary consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the data processing prior to withdrawal.
Our process:
When we receive a request, we as data controllers notify you as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days, on the measures taken upon the request.
In case it is justified by the complexity of the request or by other objective factors, the above deadline may be extended once, by up to 60 days. We notify you on the deadline extension, with a proper justification of the extension.
We grant you information free of charge, except when:
- you repeatedly request information/action for an essentially unchanged content;
- the request is undoubtedly unsubstantiated;
- the request is exaggerated.
If you request the data in hardcopy or on any electronic data medium (CD or DVD), we provide a copy of the data it to you free of charge in the requested form (except if the chosen platform means a technically disproportionate difficulty). For each further copy we charge a fee of 500 HUF per page/CD-DVD.
We notify on the rectification, erasure, restriction performed by us every person to whom we disclosed the data earlier, except if such notification is impossible or takes a disproportionate effort.
Upon your request, we let you know to whom we transferred your data.
We answer your request electornically, except when:
- You explicitly ask for a different form of answer and it causes no unjustified extra cost for us,
- we do not know your electronic contact details.
Exercising the right of objection:
We process the objection as soon as possible, but within maximum 15 days, we decide on its reasonableness and we inform you on the decision in writing.
If we establish the reasonableness of your objection, we stop processing your data – including further data entry and data transfer -, we block the data and we notify abou the objection and our measures all those to whom we trasferred the objected data and who are obliged to take measures to exercise the objection right.
Data processing:
The data provided by you via the web page during contacting are stored in Hungary on the server of the abve specified hosting service provider ans also electronically.
We are taking any reasonable measures to store your data safely and prevent unauthorised access.
